Timothy B Kyger
Timothy B. Kyger. In 1989, after working for ten years doing “cookbook engineering” in Silicon Valley, he went to D.C. as a space staffer for Rep. Dana Rohrabacher. In 1995 he became a “Professional Staff” member of the Senate’s Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation’s Subcommittee on Science, Technology and Space. This year he joined Pete Conrad’s commercial Universal Spacelines, Inc., as Speaker-to-Animals, stating the company’s aims — which are also his persona aim — bluntly: “We want to make a profit by owning and operating spaceships.”
